Founder and Chief Staff Officer Robert Brox of Fit 4 You, Traveling Trainer received his Bachelors of Science Degree from The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in Health and Wellness Promotion and double minored in Strength and Conditioning and Coaching.
Robert Brox is a former Football Player at Urbana University as well as University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. During his college career, he was Assistant Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs Coach for the 2005-2007 seasons. He also played football from the years of 2000-2005. After graduation, Coach Brox started an internship at Medical Associates, where he learned how to compose corporate fitness assessments and appraisals. Thereafter, he joined staff at a private personal training company for three years in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
Coach Brox was invited to mentor and coach youth football in the form of skilled enrichment camps for the NFL Franchise Green Bay Packers and Nationally Certified through ProSports 2013-2015. He also volunteered for eight summers in a row coaching for Gilbert Brown’s Youth Summer Camp.
After all of his educational experience, additional professional knowledge gained, he was able to start his dream to venture out on his own with his newly growing family, Coach Brox had a vision to start a personal traveling trainer business that would bring the gym to the people. His services include private personal training sessions, group fitness, annual summer boot-camps, health fair presentations, and motivational speaking with local churches and schools.
In addition as Co-Vice President of Cream Skills Inc., Coach Brox has a shared vision to increase health and holistic fitness amongst our youth surrounded by health disparities in the City of Milwaukee, WI.
